Infrastructure Engineering concerns itself with the design of cities. The word cities, however, has a much broader meaning. The root word of city is the same as that of civilization, citizens, and civics. Infrastructure Engineering, thus, is a discipline inextricable from all of society.
Peace Bridge Design – 2006 (ESC101 Praxis I Course)
A proposal to add a parallel span to the Peace Bridge on the Canadian-American border in order to accommodate expanded traffic flow. Proposal was supervised by Professional Engineer and bridge designer / consultant, Professor Paul Gauvreau. This proposal placed in the Top 10 in the “Peace Bridge Design Contest” in the Praxis I course at the University of Toronto during the fall of 2006.

The Good Samaritan Project (2007 – Buckminster Fuller Challenge)
A group contest entry into the Buckminster Fuller Challenge of 2007 – “addressing humanity’s most pressing needs”. We identified the (Global) Bystander Effect as one of humanity’s biggest problems, and addressed it as a keystone issue to solving other needs.
